• Customized products may require **7 to 15 working days** for dispatch, depending on the type and level of customization.

2. Domestic Shipping

We provide shipping across India.

• Free shipping is available for orders above **₹3,500**

• A shipping charge of **₹100** will apply to orders below ₹3,500

• Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-reach locations

RS Online Shopping reserves the right to apply additional shipping charges where required.

3. International Shipping

• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and must be paid in advance.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. 

• RS Online Shopping will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  * Customs clearance procedures

* Incorrect or incomplete customer details

* Recipient unavailability

* Local courier or delivery restrictions

 4. Shipping Address

• Only one shipping address can be used for each order. 

• Customers who require delivery to multiple addresses must place separate orders.

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

• Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details. RS Online Shopping will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Order Tracking

•  A tracking number or tracking link will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

•  Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment confirmation.

6. Stock Unavailability

•  In rare cases, multiple customers may purchase the same product at the same time, resulting in stock unavailability.

•  In such cases, RS Online Shopping reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund for the unavailable product.
